Custom Jewelry service

This process happens entirely online, allowing us to offer you prices well below the average market rate - no additional costs of running a physical retail store. 

  • Step 1: Consultation 

    Together, we explore your vision: the color and size of the gemstone and the overall budget. We’re happy to connect over WhatsApp or schedule a video-call to discuss all the details. 

  • Step 2: Gemstone Search

    We reach out to our trusted suppliers from all over the world to find the perfect gemstone for you. Once we’ve gathered several options, we will send you detailed photos and videos.


  • Step 3: For custom rings - determine your ringsize

    The most convenient way to determine your ring size is to use the app RingSizer:

  • Step 4: Mockups

    Once you’ve chosen your ideal gemstone, we discuss the setting design. This includes selecting the gold color, a diamond halo (if desired), and other unique features. To help you visualize your dream piece, we create mockups.

  • Step 5: Prepayment Invoice 

    After finalizing the mockup, we will issue a prepayment invoice (covering 70% of the gemstone cost).

    Following this step our Italian Craftsmen begin production!

  • Step 6: Your Custom Jewelry is Ready!

    Once your custom piece is complete, we will issue the final invoice (for the remaining 30%). 

    We carefully ship our jewelry via DHL Express, ensuring swift delivery — up to 24 hours within Europe and 48 hours worldwide. Each piece is fully insured throughout its journey.
